Information
Freight charges apply to all orders, unless they are picked up.
All orders will be confirmed by email. I reserve the right to revise
any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Eco Aus Liners are light-weight and therefore will be sent by Australia
Post.
The liners are packed into
Ausralia Post Expandable tough bag TB6
670mm x 405mm with 115mm gusset.
If the order doesn't fit
in one bag, we will send them in two
TB6 Expandable Tough Bags
Normally, orders are despatched on the day of ordering provided the
order is made before 4pm, giving us time to get your order to Australia
Post before it closes at 5pm Queensland time.
Please note: For overseas
postcodes, I reserve the right to contact you
and advise an additional carriage charge.

We accept payment for online
orders by Paypal, Cash, Direct Debit.
Cheques (after clearing) goods will be despatched.
If you wish to pay by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, contact
Eco Aus Liners and we will send you a Paypal request for payment
An order acknowledgement
will be enclosed with your order,
or sent separately, depending on the product(s) ordered.
In the event of a query, Eco
Aus Liners, it helps me if you
can quote your Account Number as given on the acknowledgement.
Claims for goods lost or
damaged in transit should be referred to me,
not the carriers involved. Wherever possible I
will promptly replace damaged items, or failing that, provide a refund.
Complaints -
It is my aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days,
and I will provide a likely timescale
for resolving the dispute and keep you advised about progress.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of being received.

If you cancel before the goods have been despatched,
I will refund your money in total within 30 days.
If goods have been despatched,
I ask that you contact Eco
Aus Liners to
arrange for the return of same and a refund within 30 days.
